I first came across your work a few months ago, and I can honestly say that I've never been as affected by a photograph as when I first saw your 'burnt plaster, paper'.  It was amazing and from then on you have been an inspired force in my art work (visual art studies class that is).  Your photographs are completely captivating and you have the unique ability to look at something most would consider unremarkable and turn it into something enchanting.  Congratulations and thank you for your beautiful pictures, Andrea Ferns(16 yrs)

Daily Photo Tip

Most digital sensors are designed to capture a maximal bit depth at a 'daylight' white balance. Capturing photographs at around 5000-6000K will make full use of the sensor's capabilities; shifting the white balance dramatically will slightly impair the bit depth of the resulting photograph.
